Modeled after gowns in the early art nouveau period with puffed sleeves and a long train. The dress features a pleated yoke and godet. To help keep the shape, a pink hand dyed petticoat is worn underneath.

This look was inspired by Fortuny's peplos dress which consists of a shorter pleated tunic over the main pleated dress. This dress is made with hand dyed silk velvet that has been stamped along the hem, as well as hand pleated satin that has also been overdyed for a subtle color shift.
Falling Leaves

Look 003
Falling Leaves is also modeled after dresses from the art nouveau period, but at the tail end of it. It features two piece bishop sleeves, custom printed velvet, and more pleats.
Henriette

The final look is a recreation of Fortuny's Delphos gown and named after his wife Henriette. The print was designed by me and the satin was marked, stitched, and pleated by hand. It took 30 hours and about 6,800 stitches.
